GENUINE LEATHER VS. SYNTHETICS
Genuine leather may respond well to conditioning or refinishing depending on its condition. Peeling faux leather is different: once its coating deteriorates, we do not offer cosmetic restoration because the result will not last.

Regluing can extend the life of a shoe when the materials are sound. Aging foam, unstable coatings, contaminated surfaces, and weakened construction can limit the bond. Some glue may remain visible along the edge.
COLOR, FINISH & APPEARANCE
Color restoration may improve appearance, but exact factory color, texture, and finish cannot always be reproduced. Our team reviews these limits for each item.
